- Beijing has begun construction of the second phase of the Yanqing Hydrogen Industrial Park.
The industrial park will be built by 2022 and will become a platform for production, storage, transportation and hydrogenation of hydrogen energy. It was built jointly by China Power International Development Limited and the Yanqing government.
The second phase of the park project includes the construction of a hydrogen testing laboratory and a research and development platform for related technologies.
- Baidu will launch route with unmanned buses in Chongqing, China. The company has received a license to commercially launch buses without drivers. The first 10-kilometer route with several stops will be laid in the Yongchuan district of the central city of Chongqing. Passengers will be able to purchase a ticket for the unmanned bus through the Apollo Go and Baidu Maps applications. Baidu may be the first company in China to make a commercial profit from the use of autonomous buses.
- China will ban the construction of ugly buildings and skyscrapers. The rules severely restrict developers in the construction of skyscrapers above 500 m. Authorities have also banned the construction of ugly buildings in Chinese cities that can spoil the appearance of the city. China is one of the world record holders in the number of skyscrapers. Of the ten tallest buildings in the world (over 500 m), five are located in mainland China. There are also 2,395 houses above 150 m and 95 buildings above 300 m in the country.
- The Chinese space agency CNSA is developing a plan for space development in the country. China will promote priority science and technology projects in the aerospace industry.These will include the fourth phase of the lunar exploration program, interplanetary research such as asteroid reconnaissance, heavy elevator launch vehicles and reusable space transport systems.
China will also build a space infrastructure system for communications, navigation and remote sensing that includes the world, making a better contribution to the peaceful use of space by mankind.

Due to institutional reforms in the business sector, the number of market participants has increased by more than 60 million in recent years. This has increased economic viability and sustainability, as well as added more jobs.
Business registration will be simplified. Single window services will be available online, where applications will be processed on time and approval will be granted between the provinces.
Electronic and paper licenses will have the same legal force.
